We securely hold only basic information of relevant industry media contacts, clients and suppliers and this data includes email address, name, job title, publication/company name, as well as publication/company’s website, city and country including the publication/company’s target sector and region for the legitimate business interest and purposes of generating or sending press releases relating to media and technology. This information is kept in a password-secured database.

Please notify us by email at carole@radiancepr.com if at any time you would like your information disclosed to you, or if you want to make any changes for it to be updated or have it completely removed and deleted from our database. You always have access, the choice and are in control.

As we may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, and update this webpage accordingly, please read this page every time you access our website or services, and your continued use of our website or services and receiving our press releases shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.

Your Right to Remove your Data
You have the right to request that your data is permanently deleted by Radiance Communications at any time and without delay. Please email carole@radiancepr.com and state ‘Request to remove data’ in your subject line. State all details and we will confirm that all your information has been erased.

We take security of our website and services seriously. We recommend that you also use firewalls, anti-virus software, and other measures to also best protect your own data from any online security threats. If we are made aware of a potential data breach to this website, where security of data may have been affected, Radiance Communications will notify the relevant legal body in the UK, The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), within 72 hours without delay. 3rd Party Access to Your Data
Please be advised that we do use third party companies such as SendinBlue, Mailchimp and WordPress, and others to assist with campaigns, and our website, including but not limited to freelance contractors. It is therefore necessary that you grant the third parties we may use in the course of our business the same rights that you afford us under this Privacy Policy. For this reason, you hereby agree that for every authorisation which you grant to us in this Privacy Policy, you also grant to any third party that we may contract. You agree not to hold us liable for the actions of any of these third parties.

Subject Access Requests
Under the EU GDPR (2018) legislation, you are entitled to make a Subject Access Request for Radiance Communications to release a copy of all the personal data that we hold about you free of charge. You must submit proof of ID before we can comply with your request, and after identification is provided and verified, we will comply with your request within one month. We do not process any sensitive data and only keep a record of your email address, name, role, publication/company name, as well as publication/company’s website, city and country including the publication/company’s target sector and region for the legitimate business interest and purposes of generating or sending press releases relating to media and technology.

Radiance Communications may send e-mails to you about our company, our website, our services, our clients and their services and press releases, case studies and news updates or respond to enquiries at your request.
